The life cycle cost of switchgear was analyzed,and the calculation models of running cost,fault cost and scrap cost in the whole life cycle were obtained,and the relationship between the cost and the quality was analyzed.The calculation model of the quality cost of the switchgear was obtained.Based on the six sigma theory,the influence degree of different quality levels on the quality cost of the distribution switchgear were analyzed,it provides the reference for the power supply enterprise when purchasing the switchgear.
