目的研究小花八角Illiciummicranthum的化学成分。方法小花八角的枝叶提取物经醋酸乙酯萃取,余下水相经过反复的柱色谱分离、通过波谱分析确定化合物结构。结果分离得到了1个新化合物和9个已知的成分,分别是小花八角苷(1)、7-13-o-glucosyl pseudomajucin(2)、4,7,9-trihydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan-9-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(3)、icarisideE3(4)、isolariciresinol-3a-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5)、芦丁(6)、杨梅树皮素-3-0-α-L-鼠李糖苷(7)、山柰酚-3-0-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、山柰酚.8.Gaz.吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、莽草酸(10)。结论化合物1为新化合物,是首次从八角属植物中分离到的seco-prezizaane型降倍半萜类化合物;化合物2-6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Abstract: Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Illicium micranthum. Methods The extract from the twigs and leaves of I. micranthum was extracted with EtOAc and the H2O fraction was isolated by various chromatographic methods. The isolated compounds were identified by spectroscopic analyses. Results One new compound and nine known compounds were isolated and identified as micranthumoside (1), 7-β-D-glucosyl pseudomajucin (2), 4, 7, 9-trihydroxy-3, 3'-dimethoxy-8-O-4'- neolignan-9-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (3), icariside E3 (4), isolariciresinol-3a-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), rutin (6), myricetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (7), kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-~-D-glucopyranoside (8), kaempferol-8-C-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside (9), and shikimic acid (10). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new nor-seco-prezizaane sesquiterpene first isolated from the plants in lllicium L. Compounds 2-6 are isolated from I. micranthum for the first time.
