采用ODS反相硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析以及HPLC等分离方法,从一株瘿蚊虫生真菌Phomopsis amygdali大米发酵的乙酸乙酯提取物中获得6种化合物,并通过HR ESI-MS、1 H NMR、^13C NMR等波谱学方法鉴定其结构分别为(+)-S-1-Methyl-abscisic-6-acid(1),(+)-S-Abscisic acid(2),Fusicoccin J(3),3α-Hydroxyfusicoccin J(4),(R)-5-Hydroxymethylmellein(5),4-Hydroxyphenethyl acetate(6)。其中化合物(1)为新化合物。抗菌实验结果表明,化合物(1)~(4)对革兰氏阴性菌铜绿假单胞菌(Pseudomonas aeruginosa 2033E,CGMCC 1.2387)均有不同程度的抑制作用(最小抑制浓度26~58μg·mL^(-1))。
Abstract: Phornopsis arnygdali, which belongs to the family of Phornopsis (Sacc.) Bubak, it was an entomogenous fungus isolated from Call midge. In order to study the chemical constituents from the fermentation extract of Phornopsis amygdali, Silicagel and Sephadex LH-20 colunm chromatography were used to isolate the chemical constitu- 6-acid (1), (+)-S-Abscisic acid (2), Fusicoccin J (3), 3a-Hydroxyfusicoccin J (R)-5-Hydroxymethylmellein (5) and 4-Hydroxyphenethyl acetate (6). Compoun (4), d (1) is a new sesquiterpene. Compounds (1)- (4) displayed antibacterial activity against Gram-negative Pseudornonas aeruginosa 2033E (CGMCC 1. 2387) (MIC is 26--58 μg · mL^-1 ).
