As financial capital, PingAn Trust tended not to participate in management of the strategic invested objects, but it took over the company after strategically investing Shanghai Jahwa. The process of fighting for controlling right between PingAn Trust and Mr. GE Wenyao will be analyzed by studying motivation and influential factors that PingAn Trust took over Shanghai Jahwa.
