针对复杂大群体评价中出现的评价者意见不一致问题,提出了一种基于粒子群优化算法的复杂大群体评价方法。在评价者权重确定上,传统方法过分依赖判断矩阵,而判断矩阵在复杂大群体评价问题的评价者权重确定上具有局限性,从而提出基于序关系分析法的评价者权重的确定方法;在群体协商过程中,传统群体评价方法限于群体规模较小的情形,当评价群体规模较大时,评价成本过大,从而在复杂大群体评价过程中引入改进的粒子群优化算法。最后给出一个算例,算例结果验证了该算法的有效性。
For the issue of evaluators’ disagreement in complex huge group evaluation,a method based on particle swarm optimization algorithm for complex huge group evaluation is proposed.In determining the weights of decision makers,this paper points out that traditional methods rely on judgment matrix too much,and traditional methods have limitations on determining weight by relying judgment matrix in complex huge group evaluation,so a method is proposed based on rank correlation analysis method in determining the weights of decision makers.In the process of group negotiation,this paper,argues that traditional group evaluation methods are limited to smaller case,when evaluation group is on large scale,evaluation cost is too much,then improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced in the process of complex huge group evaluation.Finally,a numerical example is given,and the efficiency of the method is verified by the example results.
