需求侧响应(Demand Response,DR)是智能电网中的一个重要组成部分,包括基于电价和基于激励的需求侧响应。结合两者优点,提出了模式电价的概念,即考虑用电跟随性和耗能量,制定用户在一个周期内的单位电价。首先,基于一个小区构建用户需求侧响应的数学模型,考虑用户的用电特性和满意度;其次,具体说明电价制定策略,分别介绍了跟随电价分量和耗能电价分量的产生机制;然后,从用户利益的角度考虑,以用户效益最大化为目标构建优化函数;最后,对模式电价策略进行数据仿真,并与实时电价进行对比。
This paper combines both advantages,and puts forward the concept of mode of electricity,consider the follow and energy consumption,make the user in a cycle of unit prices.First of all,based on a community to build the mathematical model of user demand side response,considering the user's electricity characteristics and satisfaction.Second,specify electricity pricing strategies,are introduced to follow electricity components and energy consumption of electricity generation mechanism.From the perspective of user interests consideration,as user benefit maximization as the goal to build optimization function.
