In this paper, Z-graded Harish-Chandra modules over Heisenberg-Virasoro algebras of rank two are classified by using irreducible module classification method of Virasoro-like algebra. I t is proved that such a module is a uniformly bounded module or generalized highest weight module. Finally, a necessary and sufficient condition for Z-graded irreducible highest（ lowest） weight modules to be Harish-Chandra modules is given.
