加入稀土元素后对12Cr Mo V钢的氧化膜组织进行观察测量,研究了12Cr Mo V钢的抗氧化性与稀土元素的关系。结果表明:加入稀土元素后,不同氧化温度下的钢均呈现出抛物线形状的增重曲线,氧化膜对钢起到了有效保护作用。在相同氧化温度和氧化时间条件下,随着稀土元素含量的减小,试样氧化增重和氧化膜上的晶粒间的空隙在逐渐增加。在相同氧化温度条件下,氧化速率常数k_1随着稀土元素含量的增加而降低,氧化激活能Q随着稀土元素含量的增加而增加。稀土元素可以有效的改善12Cr Mo V钢的高温抗氧化性,而且改善程度随着稀土元素含量的增加而增大。
The microstructure of oxidation film of 12CrMoV steel after adding rare earth element was observed, and the relationship between oxidation resistance of 12CrMoV steel and rare earth element addition was studied. The results show that, after adding rare earth element, the oxide weight-gain curves of the steel show a parabolic shape at different oxidation temperature, and the oxide film plays a protective role in steel. With the decrease of rare earth content, the oxide weight- gain and the intergranular voids of oxide film gradually increase at same oxidation temperature and time. Oxidation rate constant k1 decreases and oxide activation energy Q increases with the increase of the content of rare earth element at same oxidation temperature. Rare earth element can effectively improve the oxidation resistance of 12CrMoV steel. And the improvement degree increases with the increase of the content of rare earth element.
