对比研究了加装氧化型催化转化器后,甲醇对柴油的不同替代比率条件下柴油/甲醇组合燃烧(DMCC)系统发动机排放的差异。试验结果表明,为使DMCC发动机的NOx、THC和CO的综合排放最优,在低负荷时,替代率不宜超过22%;中等负荷时,保持35%的替代比率较为理想;大负荷时,替代率可以增加,但不宜超过50%。研究发现,起燃温度较低的氧化催化转化器对全面改善DMCC发动机排放起着非常重要的作用。本研究结果为使DMCC燃烧方式实现低排放提供了重要途径。
Comparisons of exhaust emissions from engine using diesel/methanol compound combustion (DMCC) with oxidation catalyst at different proportions of methanol to diesel were presented in this paper. The results show that, to get the comprehensive results on exhaust emissions, the ratio of methanol to diesel is suggested less than 22% at the low load, 35% at the medium load, and less than 50% at the high load. In addition, the oxidation catalyst has an important impact on the exhaust emissions, and low lighting-up temperature can get low exhaust emissions.
