应用计算流体动力学方法对研制的电动增压器的压气机整机进行了三维湍流流场模拟计算。计算中对压气机实体模型进行适应性很强的非结构三角网格划分,采用Reallzable k-ε双方程湍流模型模拟时均Navier-Strokes方程。利用热线风速仪对电动增压器出口截面的流量特性进行了测定。将计算的压气机出口流量特性以及速度场分布与实验值进行比较,结果基本吻合,这对电动增压器的结构设计优化具有重要的指导作用。
The three dimensional flow field of a centrifugal compressor was simulated and computed with the method of Computational Fluid Dynamics in this paper. Before calculating the solid model was divided by the flexible non-structure gridding. The Realizable k-ε turbulence model simulating the Navier-Strokes equation was applied to study the flow field. Thenthe velocity distribution at the outlet of the electric supercharger was determined by hot-wire anemometry under various rotate speeds. Comparisons of the simulation value in flux and the velocity field of the outlet with the experimental data show that the agreement is good. So this numerical simulation can instruct design and optimization of the electric supercharger.
