于温室盆栽条件下研究了丛枝菌根(AM)真菌Acaulospora sp.、Glomus constrictum、G.geosporum、和G.reticulatum对牡丹(Paeonia suffruticosa)1年生和当年生实生苗矿质营养和生长的影响。结果表明,接种AM真菌能显著促进牡丹实生苗的生长和N、P、K、Zn和Mn元素的吸收。以G.constrictum与G.geosporum效果最佳,牡丹对二者的菌根依赖性分别为56.9%和58.0%。因此,G.constrictum与G.geosporum是适宜牡丹生长的优良菌种。
Effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM) fungi,Acaulospora sp.,Glomus constrictum,G.geosporum and G.reticulatum on growth and mineral nutrition of treepeony(Paeonia suffruticosa) seedlings were investigated under pot conditions in greenhouse.The results showed that AM fungi could significantly improve the growth and N,P,K,Zn and Mn absorption of the seedlings.The effects of G.constrictum and G.geosporum showed the best benefits,and mycorrhizal dependence was 56.9%,58.0% respectively.G.constrictum and G.geosporum were the most suitable AM fungal species for treepeony seedlings.
