Guided with the decision-making theory, main factors influencing decision-making of medical treatment for doc- tors in township health centers and their relationship were analyzed. Based on which, decision-making mode of medical treatment for doctors in township health centers was established. This mode was applied to analyze the influence of new medical reform on decision＇making of medical treatment for doctors in township health centers. It can be concluded that the amount of medical treat- ment in township health centers had decreased under the new medical reform,which can be improved by enhancing doctors＇ capa- bility of medical treatment.
