英文摘要：

Using the data of 1998,2003 and 2008 of medical units selection of patients, analyze the distribution of medical u nits selection of patients and the influence factors,the results show that： 1. Through the analysis of medical units selection of pa tients,the number of choose of the regional and provincial hospital is stable with a slight decline, the rural three level medical health service system play an increasingly important role, the key role of country hospitals and the hub of township health centers is more and more obvious, the choice of village clinic as treatment unit radio decrease, private clinics develop very rapidly. 2. Through the static analysis of the influence factors, the distance, quality, price, designated hospitals and the trust doctors are the top five im portant factors to affect a hospital selection of patients. 3. Through the dynamic analysis of influence factors, the sensitive of patients with distance and price gradually weakened, the rely of patient on quality and whether the trust doctors become more and more obvi ous. At last, put forward some further research problems.
