制备了β-环糊精与油酸的包合物,以包合物为填料制备了一种酚醛树脂磨具。研究了包合物的填充量和摩擦实验条件对磨具力学及摩擦学性能的影响,分析了包合物在树脂磨具中的存在形式及其在摩擦过程中释放油酸并产生自润滑作用的机理。结果表明,当包合物的填充量小于20%时,磨具的抗拉强度和硬度能够完全满足磨具的实际使用条件,且包合物的填充可有效降低磨具摩擦因数和磨损率。在不同的转速和载荷条件下,填充包合物都能减小磨具的摩擦因数,且转速和载荷越高时作用越明显,但相应地,磨损率也越大。磨具中的包合物在摩擦过程中释放出油酸,油酸与β-环糊精的摩擦产物共同作用于对磨面上形成自润滑层,从而产生减摩、抗磨和提高表面质量的效果。
The inclusion complex ofβ-CD and oleic acid was prepared as a filler of phenolic resin-based abrasive tools.The effects of the contents and testing conditions on mechanical and tribologicalproperties of the abrasive tools were investigated.The state of the complex in the abrasive tools was detected and the self-lubricating mechanism of the abrasive tools was analyzed.The results show that the mechanical properties of abrasives decrease with the filling of complex,while the strength and hardness conditions can still meet the using requirements when the content is less than 20%.The fill-ing of complex reduces both the friction coefficient and wear rate of the abrasive tools.Under different loads and velocities,the friction coefficients of abrasives decrease with the filling of complex,and the effects are much better with the increase of loads and velocities,while the wear rate increases in some extent.The oleic acidin the complex is released in the friction process,and the releasing oleic acid works together with β-CD to form a self-lubricating layer on the steel surface.The lubricating layer has effects of self-lubrication,anti-wear and an improvement of the surface quality.
