目的研究爪哇黄芩的化学成分。方法采用柱色谱技术对爪哇黄芩提取物进行分离纯化,采用波谱技术结合化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果与结论从爪哇黄芩中分离得到了10个化合物,分别鉴定为咖啡醛(1)、对羟基苯甲酸(2)、松柏醛(3)、香草醛(4)、咖啡酸乙酯(5)、芥子酸乙酯(6)、桂皮酸(7)、咖啡酸(8)、阿魏酸(9)、芥子醛(10)。化合物1~10均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
The chemical constituents in Scutellaria javanica Jungh w as investigated for the first time in present study. Compounds w ere isolated by repeated column chromatography. Their structures w ere elucidated by spectroscopic methods. 10 compounds w ere isolated and identified as 3,4-dihydroxycinnamaldehyde( 1),p-hydroxybenzoic acid( 2),coniferyl aldehyde( 3),vanillin( 4),caffeic acid ethyl ester( 5),sinapic acid ethyl ester( 6),cinnamic acid( 7),caffeic acid( 8),ferulic acid( 9),and sinapaldehyde( 10). All compounds w ere isolated from this plant for the first time.
