针对粉煤灰堆放场环境污染严重且治理难度较大的问题,利用微生物技术来挖掘其有效钾含量,提高其生态恢复效率。通过对释钾菌的分离筛选,揭示其对粉煤灰的释钾效应。研究结果表明:从京郊菜园土中分离得到一菌株,经驯化后其对粉煤灰的释钾作用较强,释钾率可达27%,显著地提高了粉煤灰基质中速效钾含量,降低了基质的pH。考虑接菌的成本与释钾效果,确定出该菌最适的接种剂量为5%。该研究结果为粉煤灰的生物修复奠定了较好的理论基础。
Coal fly ash is one of the main wastes produced by coal combustion.It results in serious environmental pollution which is difficult to be mitigated and remediated.In this study,one bacteria strain has been isolated from the garden soil in Beijing suburbs.It can improve the available K content and reduce pH significantly after purification in coal fly ash.The rate for releasing K is up to 27%.In terms of the cost for inoculations and their effects on available K releasing,it is sufficient for a 5% inoculation.The results provide a good theoretical foundation for coal fly ash ecological bioremediation.
