土地塌陷是矿区生态环境破坏的主要表现形式之一,土地塌陷造成的地表植被破坏,水土流失以及土地荒漠化等,给矿区生态环境以及当地人们的生产生活带来了巨大影响。以矿区塌陷地土壤为基质,通过人为接种丛枝菌根真菌来挖掘基质的潜在肥力。研究结果表明:接种丛枝菌根真菌的实验处理对植物的生长具有明显的促进作用,可显著地提高紫穗槐的生物量,对矿区塌陷地土壤具有一定的改良效应。
Land subsidence is one of the main forms of mining environment damages.Land subsidence causes damage in ground vegetation,soil erosion and land desertification and so on,which bring great influence to mining environment and local people's daily life.The soil collected from a mining subsided land was taken as the matrix,and the potential fertility of matrix was tapped through inoculating arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(G.M) artificially.The result showed that the experimental treatment by inoculating arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi has obviously improved the plant growth and can increase the biomass of amorpha significantly.At the same time,it also has a certain effect on the improvement to the soil of mining subsided land.
