In order to improve the efficiency of container vessel loading and unloading operation,a scheduling plan model of quay crane is proposed,and the Genetic Algorithm（GA） is used to solve this model.The example demonstrates that this model can not only make up the lack of consideration of links in the production chain,but also provide a reasonable solution for container terminals.
