为了解不同棱型大麦品种的光合差异,用LI-6400便携式光合测定仪和分光光度计对10个大麦品种旗叶光合性能和叶绿素含量进行了测定分析。结果表明,各棱型大麦旗叶在叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率花后均呈下降趋势,且棱型与光合性能指标呈显著或极显著相关。二棱大麦旗叶在叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率等方面均显著高于四棱大麦,且叶绿素含量、净光合速率在开花后下降缓慢。
In order to investigate the differences of photosynthesis micromechamisms of barley varieties with different row-types, the changes of photosynthetic performance and chlorophyll content in flag leaf of 10 barley varieties(Ganpi 3,Ganpi 4, Favorit, Harrington, D-18, D-22, D-63, D-67, D-83, 95- 83) were measured by the LI-6400 Portable Photosynthesis System and Spectro photometer(UV- 2000)during the grain-filling period. The results showed that after flowering, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), stomata conductance (Gs),and chlorophyll contents of flag leaves of barley with different row-types gradually declined. There were signficiant differences between barley varieties with different row-types in flag leaf photosynthetic performance, and signficiant positive correlations between the net photosynthetic rate and the contents of chlorophyll. The above characters of 2-row barley varieties are more excellent than those of 4-row barley varieties and declining slowly in chlorophyll content and the net photosynthetic rate at the late stage. Therefore, after flowering, maintaining higher chlorophyll content and photosynthetic capacity of flag leaves have important role for increasing barley grain yield.
