为了研究和表征高温材料的应力松弛行为,对高温材料1Cr10NiMoW2VNbN进行应力松弛试验;根据长时松弛特点,基于时间硬化理论对应力松弛行为进行表征并加以简化;研究同温下松弛行为的初应力相关性。结果表明:时间一应力关系近似呈双对数线性关系,初应力一对数松弛速率呈半对数线性分布。据此构建应力松弛预测的归化统一模型。
Stress relaxation tests of high temperature material 1Cr10NiMoW2VNbN were curried out in order to investigate and characterize relaxation behavior of high temperature materials; the relaxation function based on time-harden rule was developed, discussed and simplified according to the long-term relaxation characteristics; dependences of initial stress on relaxation behavior at same temperature were investigated. Results indicate that stress vs. time relation is shown as a linear logarithm curve; and logarithmic initial stress logarithm relaxation rate is also shown as linear curve. A simplified and normalized model of stress relaxation is constructed finally based on above investigations.
