提高农产品竞争力对于新疆农业供给侧结构性改革具有重要意义。本文从农产品生产竞争力、技术竞争力、市场竞争力和营销竞争力四个方面构建了农产品竞争力综合评价指标体系,运用主成分分析方法对新疆农产品竞争力进行了测算,并与全国各省市进行了比较分析,得出新疆农产品的生产竞争力水平在全国的排名提升较快、市场竞争力水平略有上升、技术竞争力水平也有所提高,但营销竞争力水平在全国的排名明显下降,其综合竞争力水平在全国排名较为平稳。为此,本文在深化农业供给侧结构性改革、加大科技支持力度、加大金融支持力度、改进农业经营方式和完善农产品市场流通体系等方面提出对策建议,以进一步提升新疆农产品的综合竞争力水平。
Increasing the competitiveness of agricultural products is of great significance to the agricultural structural reform of the supply in Xinjiang. This paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of agricultural product competitiveness from four aspects, namely, agricultural production competitiveness, technical competitiveness, market competitiveness and marketing competitiveness. The competitiveness of Xinjiang agricultural products is evaluated by principal component analysis (PCA). Comparing with the provinces and cities in the country, the paper concludes that the ranking of production competitiveness of agricultural products in Xinjiang promotes quickly, the level of market competitiveness rose slightly, the level of technological competitiveness is improved, but the level of marketing competitiveness in the national rankings is significantly lower, the comprehensive level of competitiveness in the country ranks relatively stable. Correspondingly, the paper proposes the suggestions to strengthen the agricultural structural reform of the supply, increase the support of science and technology, increase financial support, improve the mode of agricultural management and improve the circulation system of agricultural products to further enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products in Xinjiang .
