面对目前高等教育中实验教学跨课程综合环节教学缺失的问题,提出了建设跨课程、跨学期的综合性实验课程的思想.采用心音采集作为示范项目,综合应用了信号传感、电路技术、微处理器技术以及简单的数字信号处理和控制原理等相关知识,以MSP430F6638微处理器为控制核心实现了对微弱心音信号的采集、存储、显示和传输.实验结果表明采集的心音信号能够清晰的显示出第一心音和第二心音.
In this paper, a cross-course and cross-term experiment course is designed to enhance the integrated design capability of using multi-course knowledge and technique. The heart sound sampling system, which needs a combination of signal sensing, circuitry technique, microcontroller as well as digital signal processing while implementation, is design as a demonstration project of the course. The heart sound sensing, sampling, storing, displaying and transmitting are achieved based on the control of microcontroller MSP430F6638. The experiment results show that heart sounds sampled contain with purified first heart sound and second heart sound.
