根据弹性体系的振动理论,针对轴系偏心引起的抛料机不能正常运行的问题进行了研究.以离心力对轴系的动载荷所引起轴的挠度为出发点,对轴的弯曲变形、轴系的弹性系数、轴系自振频率等进行了理论分析和计算,确定了轴系设计的各主要参数,并进行了轴系的强度校核,解决了轴系偏心问题,确保了抛料机的正常工作.
According to vibration theory, the polishing material machine can not work in gear because of eccentricity in the shaft. It takes the deflection of shaft with dynamic load as the initial point to analyze the distortion, spring constant and natural frequency of vibration are carried out. The main parameter of shaft is determined, and the strength of the shaft is analyzed. Taking advantage of the method, the research not only solves the problem of eccentricity in the shaft, but also ensures the machine working normally.
