随着3C产品微型化和微制造技术兴起,电子、计算机、医疗、能源、交通等行业对高质量金属极薄带出现迫切需求,轧制极薄带的开发研究与产业化成为新热点。分析探讨各类极薄金属带材的研究、生产和应用状况,介绍世界各国轧制极薄带的典型轧机和产品。介绍异步轧制条件下最小可轧厚度研究新进展,给出考虑搓轧区比例的最小可轧厚度新公式。重点介绍极薄带轧制研究中超延展现象、非典型塑性、变形诱导反应扩散等三个新发现,并从二类微尺度效应入手对其原因做了分析。分析试验中出现的单层晶、加工软化、尺寸效应等现象,提出极薄带轧制中的几个特征参数,并将其用于极薄带轧制机理分析。介绍晶体塑性有限元在极薄带轧制分析方面的应用进展,指出了轧制极薄带的发展方向。
Under the tendency of microminiaturization of 3C products, there are strong needs to the metal foil with high quality in the field of electron, computer, medical treatment, energy and traffic. It makes research and development of foil rolling became a new hotspot. It is discussed to the research, production and application of various metal foils. The foil mills and their products in the world are introduced. The minimum thickness of foil by asymmetrical rolling is discussed and a new formula is proposed in which the rate of across share zone is taking into account. The three important new discoveries in the foil rolling are introduced, that is, the extreme extensibility, the atypical plasticity, and the deformation induced reaction diffusion. The reason is analyzed from the viewpoint of size effects. The phenomena of single layer crystal grain, work softening and size effects found in the experiment are discussed. Some special factors are proposed, so as to explain the mechanism of foil rolling. The application of crystal plastic finite element method in foil rolling is introduced, and the next development in foil rolling is also pointed out.
