为了探索硫化矿石的自燃倾向性评价新方法,尝试利用AHP-TOPSIS综合评判模型对新疆某高硫铜矿矿石的自燃倾向性进行评价。选取样品的氧化增重率、自热点和自燃点作为矿石自燃倾向性的3个主要影响因素,利用AHP法和TOPSIS法对这3个因素进行了分析,结果表明:利用AHP法得到这3种因素的权重分别为0.493、0.196、0.311;结合TOPSIS法,运用AHP-TOPSIS综合评判模型得到该矿矿石的自燃倾向性等级,评价结果符合矿山实际情况。
In order to explore a new method for evaluating the spontaneous combustion tendency of sulfide ore, AHP-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model was tried to be used for evaluating the spontaneous combustion tendency of the high-sulfur copper ores in a copper ore mine in Xinjiang. The weight increase rate by oxidation, the self-heating temperature and thespontaneous combustion point of the samples were selected as three main influence factors of the ores, AHP - method andTOPSIS method were used to analyze three factors. The results showed that the weight of three factors obtained with AHP methodwas respectively 0.493, 0.196 and 0.311; by using the TOPSIS method and AHP-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model,the level of the spontaneous combustion tendency of the ores in this mine was obtained, the evaluation results accorded with theactual situation of the mine.
