The reaction-diffusion theory model was established in a semi-open system with square decay reaction and cubic autocatalytic reaction. Chemical wave types and wave-producing conditions were obtained by the initial boundary value problems analysis and localization property analysis. The nature of the traveling wave was researched by the calculation program compiled with the finite difference method. The theoretical analysis result was verified by the calculation.
