This paper analyzes some pain points and causes of the low efficiency of assets utilization in colleges and uni- versities. It provides a low cost solution, namely the intelligent mobile terminal and the two-dimensional code technology is applied to the monitoring and management of university assets efficiency, and finally constructs the monitoring and management platform and mobile terminal based on barcode. The use of monitoring and management platform, not only improves the efficiency of university assets management and meticulous management level and the level of opening up, and enhance the efficiency of asset management, finally effectively promote the school teaching and management level.
