采用水热微乳液法制备了纳米级尺寸的四针氧化锌晶须,利用热重及X射线衍射对产物结构进行了分析,着重探讨了生长时间对晶须尺寸和形貌的影响.在较短的生长时间下,产物主体结构为四针状氧化锌晶须,随着生长时间的增加,花状晶须含量逐渐增多,并且晶须出现了二次生长,针体上富集了大量微细晶须.
Nano-size T-ZnO whiskers were prepared via hydrothermal microemulsion method. The structures of the products ZnO were characterized by thermogravimetric and X-ray diffraction analysis, and the effect of growth time on the ZnO whiskers morphology was discussed emphati- cally. It was found that tetra-needle like ZnO whiskers could be formed during short growth time. With the growth time increasing, the flower-like whiskers content gradually increased, and secondary growth of whiskers appeared, with a large body of fine whiskers being enriched on the needle.
