分析了永磁同步电机(PMSM)在d-q轴的数学模型,结合传统PID控制和模糊PID控制的优点,根据永磁同步电机伺服控制系统随着负载变化或干扰因素影响,引起其对象特性参数或者结构发生改变,从而建立PID参数自调整的推理规则,设计了PMSM伺服控制系统的模糊PID参数自适应控制器。仿真结果表明,模糊PID控制器与传统PID控制器相比具有更好的动态稳定性,对外界干扰具有较强的鲁棒性。
The d-q math model of PMSM is introduced. A fuzzy PID controller is designed by combined fuzzy control with conventional PID control. Fuzzy inference rule of PID parameters is designed according to nonlinear and uncertainty of the PMSM servo system,which would result in changes of characteristic parameters of object or structure. Simulation results indicate that the fuzzy PID controller is superior to the conventional PID controller in dynamic stability performance ,and the fuzzy PID controller has stronger robustness to external disturbance.
