在研究基于浮力的三维实体非接触自动测量系统由轴承支撑的横梁结构上,基于力矩平衡原则,设计了一种能够精确推导轴承摩擦力补偿公式的方案,并推导了满足三维实体非接触自动测量系统要求的轴承摩擦力补偿公式,通过试验验证了公式的准确性和合理性,并利用计算机进行数据的仿真分析,为基于浮力的三维实体反求工程的误差补偿提供数据和理论。
Research on The beam structure supported by bearing on the measure system of 3D entity with no-contact based on buoyancy,base on balance of moment principle,a scheme to conjecture compensate of bearing's friction accurately was designed,and the compensate of bearing's friction which is meeting with the measure system of 3D entity with no-contact based on buoyancy. The experimental results show that the compensate of bearing's friction is exact and logical,Also the data was emulated and analyzed by computer,the data and theory on the reverse engineering system of 3D entity based on buoyancy were offered.
