Pseudomonas aeruginosa （PA ） has become an important pathogen of nosocomial infections. Antibiotic resistance has become the main deadly factor in infections, as bacteria can protect themselves by hiding in a self-constructed biofilm. It has been reported that the combination of two drugs was more effective in enhancing the efficiency of biofilm inhibition and removaL In this paper, the studies of two drugs which against pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm were reviewed.
