将纤维素-三(4-甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)和纤维素-三(3,5-二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯)按相同重复单元摩尔数共混,然后涂覆于氨丙基硅胶表面,制备出一种新的复合型手性固定相。用-系列结构不同的手性样品测试这种固定相的分离性能。结果表明,这种混合型手性固定相具有与两个单-手性固定相相当的手性识别能力,一些手性化合物在复合型手性固定相上的分离性能较单一型手性固定相会变好或变差。
Cellulose tris (4-methylphenylcarbamate) and cellulose tris (3, 5-dimethyphenylcarbamate) were blended at an equal molar number of repeating units. Then,the blend was coated on 3-aminopropyl silica gel to afford a new composite chiral stationary phase(CSP). The enantioseparation properties of the CSP were evaluated with structurally different chiral analytes. The results showed that the composite CSP possessed almost equal chiral recognition ability with the two individual phases. Some raeemates were better or poorer resolved on the composite CSP than on the individual CSPs.
