针刺治疗偏头痛一直是研究的热点，量表在评价疼痛时是比较直观的，常用的疼痛强度评价量表共有5种，每种量表都有其适用性，比如，Wong-Baker面部表情疼痛量表虽然很直观，但是可能更适用儿童、老年人和理解程度低者。选择合适的量表得出对疼痛强度的正确评价可以为针刺治疗偏头痛的有效性提供依据，也可以使针灸科研更加规范、严谨和科学。
英文摘要：
Recently the efficacy of acupuncture for migraine has been the hot spot of acupuncture research. Five kinds 9f scales are frequently used to evaluate pain due to its direct viewing feature, and each of them has its specific applicability, as Wong - Baker facial expression scales are suitable for children, the old and the low ability of comprehension ones. Selecting the fit scales to assess pain will provide more reliable evidence for the effectiveness of acupuncture for migraine, and also will set a good example for standardized, rigor and scientific acupuncture research.
