用熔融模压法制备了柠檬酸三乙酯(TEC)增塑的4HB含量不同的聚(3-羟基丁酸酯-co-4-羟基丁酸酯)[P(3HB-co-4HB)]共混物,用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、广角X射线衍射仪(WAXI))和拉伸试验对共混物的热性能、结晶结构和力学性能进行了表征,考察了增塑剂TEC的用量和4HB含量对共聚酯性能的影响。结果表明:随着TEC用量的增大,P(3HB—co-17%4HB)共聚酯体系的结晶度减小,其熔融温度、玻璃化温度和结晶温度降低,屈服强度、断裂强度及模量也降低,屈服伸长率增大;随4HB含量的增大,相同用量的TEC共混体系的熔点、玻璃化温度和结晶温度降低,屈服强度、断裂强度和模量减小。
Blends of poly (3-hydroxylbutyrate-co-4-hydroxylbutyrate) [ P(3HB-co-4HB) ] and triethyl citrate (TEC) were prepared by means of melting mixing and compression mold. The thermal poroperty, crystalline property and mechanical properties of the blends were characterized by means of DSC, WAXD and tensile experiment. The effects of TEC content and 4HB content on the property of the copolymers were studied. The results showed with the increase of the content of TEC, the crystalline degree, melting temperature, glass transition temperature and crystalline temperature of the P (3HB-co-4HB) with 17mol % 4HB blending systems all decreased. However, the elongation at break increased with the increase of the TEC content, and the strength at yield, the strength at break and modules also decreased; the melting temperature, glass transition temperature, crystalline temperature and crystalline degree decreased with the increase of 4HB content in the P(3HB-co-4HB) chains, and the strength at yield, the strength at break and modules decreased at the same time.
