The first arch syndrome is a kind of congenital malformation.First arch syndrome accompany with the cleft lip and/or cleft palate is rare.The author tried to make a detailed introduction about the clinical manifestation,possible causes of the disease and a series of therapeutic measures by reviewing a patient who has the first arch syndrome and cleft lip and cleft palate.
