本文介绍了国产双轴试验机和双向加载不同方式进行研究材料的各向异性力学行为方法案例。研究结果表明:材料不仅在三向应力状态下会发生韧脆形的转变,而且在双向载荷、特定应变速率下也会发生材料的韧脆性转化,同时,分析了双向载荷下裂纹扩展偏转角的预测方法及相关因素,并以商业铝板材料“十字形”试样为例讨论了双向载荷下应力-应变响应曲线及影响因素。
The investigations on the biaxial behaviors of anisotropic materials under the different applied biaxial loadings. These results indicate that the ductile to brittle transition phenomenon occurred is not only dependence on the three directions stress states or biaxial stress states, but also on the strain rate as well as materials properties. The predication method of crack propagation direction and effects factors under biaxial loadings was proposed. The relationship between stress and strain of aluminum alloys under biaxial loadings was obtained and some effect factors on the stress-strain relation were discussed based on the cruciform specimens of aluminum alloys.
