As an important part of regional economy development system, the competitive advantage of industrial cluster comes mainly from thecreative ability itself and synergistic effect and collaborative innovation among innovation subjects in these clusters themselves. Accordingly, theresearch of collaborative innovation capability is of great significance to keep cluster advanced and active. The article analyzed related studiesabout industry cluster and collaborative innovation, and reviewed the concept of collaborative innovation of industry cluster, the principles ofindex selectlon, the construction of index system and model. Ultimately, this paper proposed relevant prospects about the research status.
