摘要采用激光拉曼光谱技术对氯苯的25种不同浓度的CCI。溶液进行了分析。研究结果表明,在253-0.44g/L范围内,氯苯及CCl;振动拉曼光谱强度比与氯苯浓度呈线性关系,利用最小二乘法拟合得到线性相关系数为0.995。激光拉曼光谱技术具有快速、无损、样品无需预处理等优点。该研究为有机分子的低浓度测量及定量分析提供了一种可行的光谱测量方法。
25 solutions of chlorobenzene in CC14 with different concentrations are studied by using laser Raman spectroscopy technique. The results show the linear relationship between the Raman spectral intensity ratio of chlorobenzene and CC14 and the concentration of chlorobenzene in 253 - 0.44 g/L range. The linear correlation coefficient obtained by the least square method is 0,995. Laser Raman spectroscopy technique has the advantages of rapid, nondestructive detection and no need of sample pretreatment. It is proved that this spectral measurement method is feasible for low-concentration detection and quantitative analysis of organic molecules.
