自“丝绸之路经济带”战略构想提出以来,探索构建“丝绸之路经济带”框架下我国与中亚国家区域合作的新模式就受到学术界普遍关注。为取得与中亚地区区域合作新突破,应从国家战略高度构建中国—中亚自由贸易区。为此,文章基于“丝绸之路经济带”战略框架,在对当前建立中国—中亚自由贸易区存在的理论争议分析基础上得出中国—中亚自由贸易区的建立是可行的,重点探讨构建中国—中亚自由贸易区的可预期效益,并提出若干有助于推进中国—中亚自由贸易区建设的思路构想与具体建议。

Since the ＂Silk Road Economic Zone＂ strategy has been proposed, the construction of a new pattern of regional cooperation between China and Central Asian countries under the ＂Silk Road Economic Zone＂ framework was paid attention to by academic circles. For achieving the breakthrough of the Central Asia regional cooperation, we have to build China - Central Asia FTA from the national strategic height~ Therefore, this paper, based on the ＂Silk Road Economic Zone＂ strategic framework, considered that the establishment of China - Central Asia FTA is feasible based on the current theoretical situation. It focus on the expected benefits of the construction of China - Central Asia FTA, and put forward some suggestions.
