中俄地理相邻，发展战略高度契合，但双边关系长期“政热经冷”，经贸合作潜力释放不足。随着乌克兰危机爆发、西方对俄制裁、俄罗斯“东向”战略选择，以及中国经济进入新常态、“一带一路”等国际国内新形势的出现，特别是在“丝绸之路经济带”与欧亚经济联盟对接合作的新背景下，中俄经贸合作有了进一步提升的要求和契机。本文以中俄经贸合作的新背景为切入点，分析探讨新形势下中俄经贸合作的发展现状、面临问题与困境，提出深化中俄经贸合作的若干思考。
英文摘要：
China is close to Russia and they have a similar development strategy .However , their long-term bilateral re-lation often manifests the situation of “hot politics and cold economy”, and the potential of their economic and trade co-operation has not yet been released in full .As the outbreak of Ukraine crisis , western sanctions against Russia , the choice of Russian “east” development strategy , the new norm of China′s economy and the raising of “One Belt And One Road” in 2013, especially under the background of the silk road economic belt and the Eurasian economic union joint co -operation , all of above new situations give the cooperation between China and Russia in economy and trade a new require -ment and opportunity .This paper uses an entry point that the new background of the economy and trade cooperation be -tween China and Russia to analyze the status quo , problems and difficulties of them , and puts forward some ideas about deepening the cooperation of the two countries in economy and trade .
