核苷酸结合结构域和富含亮氨酸重复结构域的受体(nucleotide-binding domain leucine-rich re-peat-containing receptors, NLR)是一类胞内的免疫感受元件家族,它们能够通过识别病原和损伤相关分子从而形成炎性小体,激活caspase.1,参与病原体感染以及细胞损伤引起的炎症反应。NLRP12是最近鉴定出的NLR家族的成员,一些研究认为NLRP12与炎症性肠病(IBD)有密切的关系,而且NLRP12可能对肠炎的发生发展起双重性作用。因此,本文主要对NLRP12与炎症性肠病的研究进展予以综述,分别对NLRP12的结构和功能进行介绍,并进一步探讨了NLRP12在IBD的作用及可能机制,为人们认识、研究和治疗IBD提供了新思路。
Nucleotide-binding domain leucine-rich repeat-containing receptors(NLR) is a kind of intracellular immune component family. They can form inflammatory corpuscle by identifying pathogens and damage related molecules and subsequently activate casepase-1 and involve in inflammation induced via infection and cell injury. NLRP12 is the latest confirmed member in NLR family. Resently, some researches suggested that NLRP12 closely related to inflammatory bowel disease(IBD) and NLRP12 could have double influence on development of IBD. Therefore, this article focuses on reviewing relation between NLRP12 and IBD and introduces the structure and function of NLRP12. In addition, we also discuss effect and possible mechanisms of NLRP 12 in IBD and offer new ideas for understanding and further exploration of IBD.
