煤气化高层工业厂房结构本身上柔下刚,再加上重型煤气化设备与结构组成复合体系,整个结构刚度和质量存在偏心,在地震作用下会产生较大的扭转变形和平扭耦联振动响应,对结构整体抗震非常不利。以煤气化高层工业厂房为主要研究对象,对结构进行了罕遇地震下的弹塑性分析,并在厂房结构上安装磁流变弹性体(MRE)阻尼器。研究结果表明:磁流变弹性体(MRE)阻尼器对厂房偏心结构的控制效果显著。
The coal gasification highrise industry building with the composite system of heavy-duty equipment shows upper flexible and lower rigid complex structure,which leads to the major torsional deformation and translation-torsion coupling vibration response under seismic action.Using the coal gasification highrise industry building as the main research object,the elastic-plastic analysis for structure was done,and magnetorheological elastomers(MRE)damper was installed on the factory structure.It is shown that MRE has the semi-active control effect for highrise industry eccentric structure.
