针对传统道路整车标定试验场开展三高标定试验的不足之处.分析了在云南地区开展道路整车三高标定试验的气候、地形、海拔和交通等环境条件,并重点考察了云南省元江、香格里拉两个地域满足三高标定的环境条件优势。通过多个车型的三高标定试验和市场验证研究表明:云南地区是一个适合中国国情的完整的三高标定立体试验场,其复杂极端环境条件能够更好地考核整车的环境适应性能,以云南为整车标定试验场开展标定试验,能够比传统的三高标定试验场节省2/5的时间,节约1/3的路程.降低了人力与运输成本。

英文摘要:

In view of the shortcomings of three-high calibration test carried out in the traditional road vehicle calibration test field, the climate, topography, altitude, traffic and other environmental conditions in Yunan area were analyzed, and the advantages of Yuan}iang and Shangri-La in terms of environmental conditions for three-high calibration test were investigated in detail. The three-high calibration tests and market validations of different types of vehicles show that Yunnan is one of the most perfect test ground suitable for China's national conditions, it's complex environmental conditions can be used to assess the environmental adaptability of whole vehicles. Using Yunnan vehicle calibration test field can save the time of 2/5. shorten the distance of 1/3 and reduce the manpower and transpotation costs.
