以YN30电控柴油机为研究对象,提出一种基于带通滤波的各缸不均匀性的检测手段。首先通过曲轴信号传感器获取发动机瞬时转速信号。然后经过低通滤波、重采样等处理后,以带通滤波的形式获取各缸不均匀性曲线。最后再以PI算法量化不均匀性,得到各缸具体所需修正的油量。
With YN30 electronically-controlled diesel engine as the object of study, a detection method for the unevenness between different cylinders is proposed based on band-pass filtering. Firstly the instantaneous rota- tion speed signal of engine is picked up by crankshaft signal sensors. It is then processed by low-pass filtering and re-sampling, and the curves of unevenness between cylinders are obtained in the form of band-pass filtering. Finally the unevenness is quantified by PI algorithm to get the specific fuel correction required for each cylinder.
