目的：系统评价NB-UVB联合补骨脂酊治疗白癜风的疗效和安全性。方法：计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI,1979.01—2014.11）、万方学术论文数据库（1990.01—2014.11）、维普期刊文献数据库（VIP,1989.01—2014.11）、Pubmed数据库（1966.01—2014.11）,手工检索相关文献,以获得NB-UVB联合补骨脂酊治疗白癜风的随机对照试验。检索文种限英文和中文。根据纳入和排除标准筛选文献,并进行资料提取。运用Jadad量表对文献进行质量评价,采用Rev Man 5.3软件对终纳入文献的有效率和显效率进行Meta分析。结果：终纳入8个试验,共763例患者。Meta分析结果显示NB-UVB联合补骨脂酊治疗白癜风的有效率和显效率均高于补骨脂酊或NB-UVB的单独使用[OR=3.45,95%CI（2.07,5.74）,OR=2.93,95%CI（2.16,3.99）]。分别以NB-UVB[OR=2.24,95%CI（1.15,4.36）,OR=2.79,95%CI（1.85,4.19）]与补骨脂酊[OR=6.22,95%CI（2.72,14.20）,OR=3.13,95%CI（1.96,5.01）]两种不同对照进行亚组分析,结论仍然可靠。结论：现有证据表明,NB-UVB联合补骨脂酊治疗白癜风有较好的疗效。

英文摘要：

Objective ： To assess the efficacy and safety of vitiligo treated by narrow-band ultraviolet B （ NB-UVB ）combining with Psoralen Tincture. Methods： We searched CNKI （ 1979 to November 2014 ）, Wanfang databases （ 1990 to November 2014 ）, VIP （ 1989 to November 2014 ）and PubMed （ 1966 to November 2014 ） and also hand searched relative journals to collect randomized controlled trials （ RCT ）. The language was confined to English and Chinese. Those literatures were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria and data was extracted from them. Besides, jadad scale was used to assess the quality and RevMan 5.3 software was used to perform analyses for the effective rate and the obvious effective rate. Results ： Eight literatures involving 763 patients were included. This study showed that the effective rate and the obvious effective rate of vitiligo treated by NB-UVB combining with psoralen tincture were higher than that of vitiligo treated by NB-UVB or psoralen tincture[OR=3.45,95%CI （ 2.07,5.74 ）, OB=2.93,95%CI （ 2.16,3.99 ）].The results in the respective subgroup analysis of NB-UVB[OR=2.24,95%CI （ 1.15,4.36 ）, OR=2.79,95%CI （ 1.85,4.19 ）]and psoralen tincture[OR=6.22,95%CI （ 2.72,14.20 ）, OR=3.13,95%CI （ 1.96,5.01 ） ]were still reliable. Conclusion： Limited evidence suggests that better effect can be achieved on vitiligo by NB-UVB combining with psoralen tincture.
