In order to implement automatic control of two key parameters: temperature and pressure in lamination process of aluminum clad, an automatic laminate control system based on Mitsubishi PLC and HMI is designed using hierarchical storage lamination process. The system hardware structure, control flow, software design of HMI and PID parameter tuning are introduced.
