Bisphenol A (BPA) has been restricted in use for its disruptive effects on human endocrine system. Accordingly, the presence of its substitute-blsphenol S (BPS) has received increasing gattention lately for its potential toxicity. Through literatures and related data in recent years, the toxicological effects,methodsof analysis, and exposure levels of BP Swere reviewed and provides a guidance for further research on BPS.
