在粮仓底面及侧壁排布压力传感器,通过压强值拟合出粮食数量.提出了一种将Zigbee短距离无线通信技术与GPRS相结合的远程粮情数据无线传输设计方案,完成了传感器网络中数据采集节点以及网络协调节点的硬件平台设计,并基于该平台开发了适合于粮情数据实时传输的通信协议及软件.测试表明,该系统完全可以测量粮仓中的储粮数量,测量误差不大于5%.
We arranged pressure sensors on the bottom and the sidewall of the barn to fit the real-time grain quantity in the barn through the pressure value. The paper proposed a design scheme of a remote grain situation data wireless transmission system with the combination of Zigbee short-distance wireless communication technique and GPRS, completed the hardware platform design of data collection nodes and network coordination nodes in the sensor network, and developed a communication protocol and software suitable for the grain situation data real-time transmission based on the platform. Tests showed that the system was feasible to measure the grain quantity in the barn, and the measurement error was not less than 5%.
