世界各国越来越重视食品安全风险交流的作用，低效的食品安全风险交流不仅不能够达到解惑的目的，长期风险交流的不畅还会加重公众对政府、企业甚至专家的信任危机。目前我国食品安全风险交流工作仍处于探索阶段，如何建立有效的食品安全风险交流机制，已成为避免公众产生不必要的恐慌情绪、提高政府的食品安全监管公信力、保障食品企业长期健康发展乃至维护社会稳定所亟待解决的问题，任重而道远。本文在对研究风险交流效果评价理论文献梳理的基础上，结合国外食品安全风险交流的实践经验，探讨对我国食品安全风险交流的实践指导启示和意义。

英文摘要：

Growing importance has been attached to the function of food risk communication in various countries in theworld.Inefficient food safety risk communication not only could not help the public out with any queries,but also deterioratethe public trust towards the government,industries and even experts in the long term.The work of food risk communicationhas just started in China.How to establish an efficient food risk communication mechanism has become a key issue to besolved urgently for helping the public understand food risks,improving the credibility of food safety supervision,ensuringthe long-term healthy development of food industry and even maintaining social stability.In this paper,we make a reviewon theoretical studies of the functional evaluation of food risk communication as well as the potential suggestions andguidelines from the practical experiences of other countries to food risk communication in China.
