水培条件下,研究添加不同质量浓度的外源阿魏酸对地黄生长的影响,来模拟阿魏酸在大田的化感作用,以研究化感物质阿魏酸造成地黄连作障碍的机制.结果表明,与对照相比,质量浓度为2 mg·L^-1阿魏酸处理对地黄生长影响不大;质量浓度为5和8 mg·L^-1阿魏酸处理对地黄根长、根重、鲜重和株高都有较强的抑制作用;质量浓度为5 mg·L^-1阿魏酸处理的地黄叶子和地黄根及质量浓度为8 mg·L^-1阿魏酸处理的地黄叶子SOD和POD活性先升高,然后下降;地黄叶片和根中丙二醛含量持续升高;叶绿素含量下降,除质量浓度为2 mg·L^-1阿魏酸处理外差异性显著.而质量浓度为8 mg·L^-1阿魏酸处理的地黄根SOD和POD活性降至最低,丙二醛含量最低,根腐烂死亡.
A water cultural experiment about the effect of foreign ferulic acid at different levels on the growth of Rehmannia glutinosa was conducted to imitate the allelomechemicals of the root exudates. The results indicated that at the level of 2 mg·L^-1 the ferulic acid had little effect on the growth of Rehmannia glutinosa compared with the control. The level of 5 and 8 mg ·L^-1 obviously inhibited Rehmannia glutinosa fresh weight, root weight, root length and plant height; the changes of leaf and root SOD enzyme and POD enzyme activity were enhanced first and then decreased ;the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) increased at the level of 5 mg ·L^-1 and the same trend is with 8 mg·L^-1 level in the leaf. At the level of 8 mg·L^-1, the root SOD enzyme and POD enzyme were the lowest, the same was true with MDA content, and the root was dead. The difference was statistically significant compared with the control.
